Digital IMS was founded on the premise that every idea born into action must first be seeded with the basic elements necessary for viability. Understanding and fully implementing the rudimentary basics of any task is critical to achieving high levels of success. Ask any scuba diver who fails to learn to swim or any mountain climber who neglects to tie a good knot. The basics are important.
When designing interfaces for Web sites, we work with a passion toward simplifying and redefining the experience around humans as opposed to hardware. We do this for clients who share our belief that people, not organizational charts or office politics, are what matter most.
We begin every solution by developing an understanding of the most basic premise of all -- who will be using the site and what can we do to make it worth their time? Looking at the Web through the eyes of the end users allows us to see things that the majority of Web developers neglect.
